White House Farm Available on Netflix

White House Farm is a drama based around the brutal murder of 2 young children, their mother and grandparents in an Essex farm house in 1985. The police first think it was a break-in but later as the case develops a policeman gets hunch and a more sinister motive is found. I remember this being on the news when I was younger but I didn’t know much about the case when I watched it. It is such a shocking tragedy that it keeps you hooked to the very end.

2. Unbelievable Available on Netflix

Such a sad, emotional and shocking story as this horrific drama portrays the case of a rapist who attacked women and one woman’s journey to tell her story, be believed and bring justice. The ordeal this young girl goes through to be believed and find trust in the police is heartbreaking. This drama contains scenes of physical violence towards women so may be trigger inducing or cause offence. This is for strictly for adults. It is the most saddest crime drama I have watched in a long time but still very gripping.

3. Three Girls Available on Netflix

It follows the cases of three young girls growing up during their teenage years and how they became groomed and abused by a gang of men and one brave sexual health workers fight to get the justice they deserved when they were all too scared to talk. It is shocking to watch how the girls are drawn in and dominated by these men and how their parents are helpless to fight it. One police officer is determined to bring the men to justice and vows to help the girls free themselves from the men for good.

4. Dirty John/Betty Broderick Available on Netflix

I love these dramas! The first season follows the story of dirty John and the second season is a completely different story and is about Betty Broderick. They are both gripping bingeworthy crime dramas. Dirty John is totally shocking about how manipulating people can be and Betty Broderick is such a sad story as its based in the 80s there is lots of great fashion and the retro setting really appeals to me. The cast is Fab and very Hollywood. It is hopefully coming back soon with a new story to tell.

Dirty John Crime, Drama | November 25, 2018 (United States) 7.2
Writer: Alexandra CunninghamStars: Connie Britton, Christian Slater, Eric BanaSummary: Debra Newell (Connie Britton) has a seemingly perfect life: she's successful, beautiful and lives in one of California's most desirable coastal cities, Newport Beach. The only thing missing is love. So when she finally meets charming and handsome doctor John Meehan (Eric Bana), she's quickly swept into a whirlwind romance, much to the dismay of her daughters Terra (Julia Garner) and Veronica (Juno Temple). Their fast-tracked relationship creates tension between Debra and the girls, leaving them no choice but to investigate the stranger who has swept their mother off her feet. And with a fraught family history, the backstory of Debra and her mother Arlane (Jean Smart) provides insight into why she may have been so vulnerable to John in the first place. As Debra gets drawn deeper into his lies and sinister game of psychological manipulation, it results in horrific consequences for an entire family. —Bravo

The first season of this show was about the OJ Simpson murder case and trial, I have always been intrigued by this and loved that season.
